The Owner of the Company in Simple Check, along with any promoted users, will have "Account" level access to the company. 


A user with account access can, via the web console:

  • Create, Edit and Delete checklists, and checklist items
  • View and Edit in the Tree Manager
  • View and Edit the Users in the company
  • View and Export the Reports of the checklist.
  • View and Edit the billing subscription.


This is the only privileged role in the company. A user has access to all these features, or none of these features. Only give "Account" access to people authorized to view and change everything.
