Overview

Users that are part of your company will be able to start checklists from their mobile app at any time. All the checklists in the company will be visible to any user in the company. 


Users are invited the company using a join link or QR code. Once any user joins the company, they will be listed in the Users section of the web console.


Clicking on "Account" in the left menu of the web console will bring up the Company Information, including the company name and Join Link information.



Users must visit this link and sign in to join your company. A new user can sign up and join your company all at once.

The link below the QR code can be used to join the company when clicked by the user. It can be opened in any web browser.  

Copy the text of the url and send it in an email or text message so the user can click it from any device (mobile or desktop).

QR Code

This QR code contains the same join link and can be scanned with any mobile camera (that recognizes QR codes) or from inside the Simple Check mobile app.

  • If scanned using the Simple Check mobile app, the user will already be signed in.
  • If opened with a web browser, the user will have to sign in or create a new account, and then will be join the company.


Removing Users

If a user is no longer part of your company, or joined by accident, they can be removed by visiting the Users page in the web console. Simply find the user, click the "three dots" under the "Actions" column, and then "Remove from company".

This action cannot be un-done. However the user will still exist, their completed checklists will still exist, and they could re-join the company as they did before.


It could be necessary to generate a new Join Link for your company, namely if you want all prior join links to expire. Say, for example, a user is removed from the company but still has access to a previous Join Link and wants to cause trouble.


Simply click the "Regenerate Code" button in the Join Link section and confirm the message that pops up.



This will generate a new Join Link immediately. Any user that is already part of your company will be unaffected. Any user that tries to join with an expired link will not become part of the company. 


Re-send the new join link and/or re-print the new QR code.
