Should I have users join my company?
This is a team preference and depends on the environment where checklists will be performed. The only way for a user to perform a checklist without being part of a company is to scan the QR code using the mobile app. Note that any user with the app that scans the QR code can complete the checklist.
In a trusted environment, this could be considered a feature such that the user must be present at the QR code to complete the checklist.
However, in a less-trusted environment, any user on Simple Check could complete your checklist and may put bad data into your logs (and use checklists for your monthly quota).
