On a fresh login, or after pausing a checklist, all your "in process" checklists are visible on the Checklists tab. If you do not have an any checklists, the "Start a Checklist" button will exist.

Pausing

To pause a checklist, to continue it later or delete it, simply press the back button in the top bar.

All items will retain their values, including comments and photo attachments.

Resuming

To resume any checklist, simply tap the name of the checklist and you will continue where it was last paused. 

Deleting

Once a checklist is paused, it can be deleted. Swipe left on the checklist to delete to display the "Delete" button, tap, and confirm. See this video for an example.
